Research Unit "Glass and Ceramic for the Arts" - VICARTE

This research unit is a facility of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa in collaboration with the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Universidade de Lisboa used for teaching and for glass research. Applications of science to glass art and the conservation of glass artifacts is the main activity.




	Conservation and restoration of stained glass Fragments from the Mosteiro de Santa Maria da Vitória in Batalha and of stained glass from Palácio da Pena Chapel are being studied. More >>
